Julie

With 20 years of experience at our practice, Julie finds it especially rewarding to treat multiple generations. One of the highlights of her career is seeing her former young patients return with their own children. Outside of the office, Julie loves going on adventures with her husband and two kids, and she’s a big fan of comedy movies. Julie brings an amazing mix of personality, fun, and skill to the practice.

Jael

Jael loves helping patients see the difference in both the function and aesthetics of their smiles. As an Orthodontic Assistant, she’s dedicated to making every treatment comfortable and effective. Outside of work, Jael enjoys hiking, running, and staying active, as well as volunteering in her community. Her passion for improving smiles and helping others makes her a valuable part of our team!

Brielle

Brielle is passionate about helping patients transform their smiles and boosting their confidence along the way. She loves being part of the journey as patients achieve their perfect smiles. Brielle enjoys traveling and discovering new food spots, always on the lookout for the next great place to try. Her enthusiasm for both her work and her adventures brings a unique energy and enthusiasm.

Emily

Emily is a key member of our admin team, always ready to assist with a smile and keep things running smoothly. She’s known for her positive attitude, making sure that your experience with us is as seamless as possible. When she’s not helping out in the office, Emily loves to explore new places. Traveling is one of her greatest passions, and she’s always on the lookout for the best new restaurants to try.

Debbie

Debbie brings a mix of orthodontic experience to our administrative team. Having spent many years perfecting her clinical skills as an orthodontic assistant, she knows what it means to be a patient. Deb focuses on ensuring the practice accommodates all the logistical needs, from scheduling to financials. She’s a true patient advocate whose top goal is a positive patient experience. When Deb’s not in the office, you’ll likely find her outside, enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Jodee

Jodee loves helping patients go from shy smiles at their first consult to beaming with confidence after treatment. She’ll guide you through all your options, ensuring you feel confident and excited about your journey to a beautiful smile. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, boating, and exploring sand dunes with family and friends. But the highlight of her life? Spending time with her two grandkids.

Bree

With over 25 years in the dental field, Bree has a well-rounded understanding of both patient care and office operations. What she loves most is seeing the incredible results at the end of treatment. Outside of the office, Bree enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. Whether it’s riding quads, playing softball, or pampering her two French Bulldogs, Sasha and Scout, Bree knows how to enjoy life to the fullest.

Hank

Director of “Paw-blic” Relations

It’s my job to keep things fun around here at Dr. Joe’s office; after all, that is our motto, right? I greet everyone with my incredible good looks and keep everyone laughing with my mischievous antics. All of this takes a lot of energy, so you may see me catching some ZZZZs on the clock, but being the “Paw-blic” Relations Director is a big job.

Pauline

I’m here to make sure everyone’s smiles are as bright as can be! When I’m not following Dr. Joe around (he’s kind of my favorite), I’m busy supervising the office and making sure everything runs smoothly. I also like to keep an eye on my brother, Hank, though he’s usually not thrilled by my "supervision" — I can be a little bossy! I’m all about making sure you feel at ease, whether I’m giving you a wag of my tail or just overseeing the action.
